Finally eat, talk and laugh carefree again - thanks to DinaBase7

DinaBase7 is a professional adhesive for third teeth. Unlike traditional adhesive cream, it stays on the denture for 7 days, so just one tube of DinaBase7 is enough for 1-2 months. During the 7-day application period, you can do everything with the prosthesis as usual and take it out every day to clean it. DinaBase7 is made of a thermoplastic material that is also used by dentists to reline dentures. It is adjusted using heat, completely fills the gap between the palate and the denture and remains dimensionally stable but soft after cooling. As a result, DinaBase7 ensures an extra strong hold, prevents pressure points, and prevents food residue from getting under the prosthesis - thus giving you a better quality of life.

The advantages of DinaBase7 at a glance

  • DinaBase7 only needs to be applied every 7 days.
  • One tube of DinaBase7 lasts for as long as 4 to 6 weeks.
  • During these 7 days, you can easily remove and clean your denture every day as usual.
  • Whether upper, lower, full or partial dentures - DinaBase7 is suitable for all types of dentures.
  • DinaBase7 adapts perfectly to your mouth, creating a "suction effect" that ensures a firm hold.
  • DinaBase7 is zinc-free and free of any harmful ingredients.
  • Not a thin layer of adhesive cream, but a gel that completely fills the space between the gums and the denture.
  • The strong grip of DinaBase7 prevents annoying food residues under your dentures and ensures a comfortable feeling all day long.
This is how DinaBase7 works
Heat DinaBase7 in hot water

Place the tube in hot water (60 degrees Celsius) for a few minutes.
The tube must be completely covered with water. Meanwhile, clean the dentures thoroughly and then dry them well. Before applying DinaBase7, the prosthesis must be completely clean and dry, otherwise the material will not adhere properly.

Open the tube completely with the lid

After warming the tube in the hot water, remove the screw cap and pierce the opening with the tip of the lid to create a large, round hole. Twist the tip several times until the hole is completely open.

Squeeze a cherry-sized portion out of the tube

After the adhesive gel has been sufficiently heated, squeeze a cherry-sized amount out of the tube.

Place the required portion on the center of the prosthesis

Then distribute it evenly on the dentures. For the upper jaw prosthesis, the gel should cover the entire surface of the prosthesis.
For the lower jaw prosthesis, the amount should be enough to form a sausage that completely fills the cavity (see step 9).

Distribute the material evenly

Spread the material evenly from the center outwards using both thumbs. If the amount is not enough, you can add more.

Apply evenly around the edges

Make sure to apply the gel evenly over the entire surface of the denture and allow it to adhere well, especially to the edges.

Adaptation to the mouth

Before inserting the denture, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. After inserting the denture, clench your teeth and make significant lip movements for at least a minute without pressing the denture with your fingers. This means the prosthesis adapts perfectly.

Removing excess material

Rinse the denture under cold water to remove excess material around the edges. Then use small scissors to cut the material. Complete! If there is no residue to remove after fitting, too little material may have been used.

For the lower denture

For the lower prosthesis, proceed as described in points 1, 2 and 3. Shape the ball into a small sausage, then spread DinaBase7 with your fingers and press the product well, especially at the edges for better adhesion.

Replace DinaBase7

To remove DinaBase7, immerse the denture in hot water for 5 minutes and peel off the old material. If necessary, use a blunt instrument, such as a teaspoon,
This way you avoid scratches on the prosthesis. Replace DinaBase7 within 7 days to ensure optimal hygiene and avoid bacterial or fungal growth and bad breath.

What distinguishes DinaBase7 from conventional adhesive cream

Conventional adhesive cream usually does not deliver what it promises. As someone who has third teeth, you probably know from painful experience that dentures do not stick properly despite adhesive cream. The reason is obvious: adhesive cream for third parties is only applied to the prosthesis in a thin layer. Since the palate continues to recede over time when using dentures, this thin layer is not enough to fill the gap between the palate and the prosthesis. The unpleasant result is that the denture does not hold properly due to the weak denture adhesive, even if the denture adhesive cream is reapplied several times a day. The adhesive cream quickly runs out without ever being able to achieve a comfortable fit for the prosthesis.

DinaBase7 works completely differently. When heated, the thermoplastic material turns into a viscous gel that completely fills the entire cavity between the jaw and the prosthesis and thus ensures that the dental prosthesis is completely relined. After cooling, the material remains firm in shape and yet elastic, so that your prosthesis fits perfectly against the palate. This creates a suction cup effect that ensures a secure hold of the prosthesis. If two moist surfaces are pressed together, the air between them escapes, creating a negative pressure. This negative pressure ensures an absolutely tight transition between the denture and the palate. Unpleasant pressure points and annoying food residue under your dentures are finally a thing of the past. The molded layer made of DinaBase7 remains on the dentures for a week, so that one tube of this sophisticated adhesive for dentures is sufficient for a full 1-2 months and makes your life easier.

DinaBase7 – easy to use…

DinaBase7 is made of a thermoplastic material that becomes malleable when heated and can therefore be ideally adapted to the shape of your jaw. To use, simply place the tube in hot water for 2 minutes and then apply the soft gel evenly to the clean, dry prosthesis. Take a little more gel at the beginning so you can find the right amount for you. After inserting the prosthesis, the teeth are clenched tightly and the prosthesis is adjusted with finger pressure and lip movements. The material cools down and from then on remains in its individually adapted shape. Now all you have to do is hold the prosthesis under cold running water and cut off any excess material. The dentures are now ready and will fit perfectly for a week.

After 7 days, DinaBase7 is removed from the dentures. To do this, simply place the dentures in hot water and scrape off the gel with a teaspoon. Then apply a new layer of DinaBase7 to the denture and press carefully so that it sits optimally again.

... and hassle-free cleaning!

Even if DinaBase7 remains on the denture for a full week, you can still take out your third teeth every day and clean them thoroughly. The easiest way to do this is under cold water with a toothbrush or a cleaning tablet. The denture with the gel should only remain in the cleaning solution for a maximum of 15 minutes. When you take out the prosthesis at night, it is not placed in water or cleaning liquid, but you can simply store it in its box.

Do you want to enjoy life again without any worries despite having a full or partial denture? Then just give DinaBase7 a try!

Video Application & Tips
Frequently asked Questions
Is DinaBase7 an adhesive cream?

DinaBase7 is not an adhesive cream. DinaBase7 is a professional, temporary, soft relining for dental prostheses, which is also used by dentists. DinaBase7 adheres to dentures and denture-like material and remains there for 7 days.

How does DinaBase7 work?

DinaBase7 is adjusted using heat. The heat allows the special material to be deformed. It completely fills the gap between the palate and the denture and remains dimensionally stable but soft after cooling.

What can I do if the prosthesis doesn't hold?

It's better to take a little more DinaBase7 than too little. DinaBase7 should first be applied generously in the middle and then distributed over the entire prosthesis. The prosthesis is then inserted and the material is adjusted as it cools down by clenching your teeth, finger pressure and lip movements. The adhesive gel must swell significantly over the prosthesis. If no residue needs to be cut off after adjustment, clearly not enough gel was used.

How should I clean the denture?

Simply rinse with water and gently clean with a toothbrush and toothpaste if necessary. If you want to use quick cleaning tablets, then only for a maximum of 15 minutes.

What to do if the gel is difficult to get out of the tube?

If DinaBase7 is difficult to come out, place the tube in boiling water and unscrew the hole in the tube with the lid as far as possible.

Can I remove and reinsert the prosthesis despite DinaBase7?

DinaBase7 remains on the prosthesis for 7 days. During the 7-day application period, you can do everything with the prosthesis as usual and take it out every day to clean it.

Do I have to take out the dentures at night?

No, you don't have to, but you can. However, the prosthesis must not be left in water or in water with a quick-cleaning tablet overnight. Just rinse it quickly and put it in its box. Rinse again the next morning and reinsert.

How can I remove DinaBase7?

After 7 days, DinaBase7 is removed from the dentures. To do this, simply place the dentures in hot water and scrape off the gel with a teaspoon. Then apply a new layer of DinaBase7 to the denture.

Can DinaBase7 remain on the prosthesis for longer than 7 days?

DinaBase7 should not be left on the prosthesis for longer than 7 days. The gel hardens gradually over the 7 days and then has to be renewed, otherwise it bonds to the prosthesis and is very difficult to remove.

Which prostheses is DinaBase7 suitable for?

DinaBase7 is suitable for full and partial dentures. DinaBase7 can be used for both the lower and upper dentures.

Do you still have to use adhesive cream?

No, because DinaBase7 completely fills the gap between the palate and the prosthesis, so that it sits securely even without additional adhesive cream.

What happens if you drink hot drinks or eat hot food?

Only in the first few hours after applying DinaBase7 should you avoid drinking strong alcoholic or particularly hot drinks. Afterwards you can eat and drink everything as usual with the prosthesis.

How long can I last with a tube of DinaBase7?

Since DinaBase7 only needs to be renewed every 7 days, a tube lasts up to 2 months depending on the jaw.

Can I also buy DinaBase7 in the pharmacy?

DinaBase7 is available in our Arando online shop at arando-online.de or in one of around 20,000 pharmacies throughout Germany.

Is DinaBase7 visible from the outside?
